Brad Jamieson
Brad is a dual qualified Pilates instructor
Polestar Mentor
(STOTT matwork and Polestar Diploma of Pilates Instruction).
His introduction into the world of Pilates came in the mid-90′s when, as an elite level 400m runner, he began Pilates classes with a physio.
This was to help with a bad lower back that eventually saw him retire from competition, and also to help improve performance through better movement of his body.
Since then, he has taught many elite-level athletes and become a fully qualified Pilates Instructor.
He has a passion for getting people moving well- so people can recover from injuries; just feel better within their bodies; or strive to reach lofty athletic goals.
(Please note: None of Brad's Pilates sessions are claimable using Private Health rebates)
